Dan Dalrymple, the Head Strength and Conditioning Coach of the Super Bowl Champion New Orleans Saints, presents his philosophy in the first of two DVDs, now available through AFM Media. With over 20 years of experience at both the college and professional level, Coach Dalrymple has helped linemen become All-Conference or All-Pro with his training methods. His two DVDs, entitled 'What I Have Learned So Far', detail the core program of strength and conditioning that will improve programs at all levels. The presentation - from start to finish - includes how to motivate, train, and improve athletic performance. Make your strength and conditioning program that much better by learning from a Super Bowl Champion.
Coach Dalrymple was selected as American Football Monthly's Professional Strength and Conditioning Coach of the Year in 2009. Both Dalyrmple and Saints Head Coach Sean Payton coached together at Miami (OH) in the mid 1990's and formed a unique bond. When Payton joined the Saints in 2006, he hired Dalrymple as his first and only Head Strength and Conditioning Coach. Four years later, the result was a Super Bowl trophy.
