The program is designed to ensure that the player is the best possible shape come fall camp with a three month schedule (May-June-July).

* Specific summer workouts to improve both agility and conditioning.
* Position-specific workouts for a complete three month period designed to make sure the athlete is 100% ready for August workouts.
* A proper work-to-rest ratio so that maximum conditioning is obtained which can make the fourth quarter difference.
