One of the keys to maximizing a player's performance is a detailed position-specific summer strength and conditioning program. In this DVD, Head Strength and conditioning Coach Toby Jacobi of Charleston Southern does just that. The program is designed to ensure that the player is the best possible shape come fall camp with a three month schedule (May-June-July).

* Specific summer workouts to improve both agility and conditioning.
* Position-specific workouts for a complete three month period designed to make sure the athlete is 100% ready for August workouts.
* A proper work-to-rest ratio so that maximum conditioning is obtained which can make the fourth quarter difference.
