Homestead High School's (Mequon, WI) 44G pressure-based defense was developed in the early 90's with help from Virginia Tech's vaunted defensive pressure under Bud Foster. In this DVD, the first of a five-set instructional series, Defensive Coordinator Fritz Rauch discusses the strategy for the base 4-4 look.
