Mike Waufle
Defensive Line Coach
New York Football Giants
The most important aspect of defensive line play is the get off. If done incorrectly, your D-line will be slow and ineffective. If done correctly, your D-line will be much faster off the ball and be able to dominate offensive lines.
Offensive lines know the play and the snap count. You must put your defensive linemen in the best position to react quickly to the snap of ball and the play. And there are few better coaches to learn this process from than Mike Waufle, defensive line coach of the New York Football Giants. A 28-year coaching veteran with experience coaching multiple Pro Bowl defensive linemen, Coach Waufle will teach you how to coach the reaction process or get off for defensive linemen in six different phases – eyes, power foot, first step, second step, run hands and rush hands using detailed on field demonstrations with high school and college defensive linemen.
Run Time - 45 minutes -DVD, BNWN
