Last fall Urbana University (OH) finished third in the nation among all NAIA colleges in total sacks. In this DVD, Head Coach Tim Place discusses first- level movements and both zone and man pressures. He explains the simplicity of moving first-level players around the D-line to both create confusion in the offense and provide different forms of pressure. Coach Place also explains that not a lot of extra teaching is needed to add effective movements to your first level of defense.
In this DVD, you will learn from Coach Place:
* Specific first -level movements that will cause offensive confusion and create added pressure.
* Different zone pressures to create different looks and attack the offense at different angles.
* Various man pressure defenses guaranteed to disguise your defense and confuse the offense.
