In this DVD, Coach Tobin talks about how to fight off the reach, down, base and fan blocks.

· The acronym SACKER applied to the D-Line run play techniques.
· Maintaining the four S’s – step, secure, squeeze, and separate.
· Having a proper stance and hand placement.
· How to properly align on the O-lineman’s shoulder.
· The importance of concentrating on the feet of the O-Lineman, not ball movement.
· Staying flat and square against a block.
· Learning the critical pressure keys.
· How to turn your hips into the hard shoulder of the O-lineman.
· Which shoulder to post and then punch against the reach, down, base, and fan blocks.
· How to evaluate blocking schemes and how to maintain proper leverage.
· How to teach alignment and technique for the 7 tech.
