Veteran coach Tim Tobin completed a four-set series of DVDs on defensive line play and available at AFMvideos.com. Tobin is currently an assistant coach at Tusculum College and previously coached the defensive line and was also the strength and conditioning coach at Kutztown University. In this first DVD, Coach Tobin details advanced techniques for a successful pass rush and includes four basic pass rush moves.

· The acronym SACKER applied to the pass rush.
· The importance of the proper stance.
· Proper alignment including hand placement and where you should be looking.
· The keys to a successful pass rush including seeing the feet of the offensive lineman and determining his soft and hard shoulders.
· How to evaluate the O-lineman’s low or high hands.
· Recognizing the type of protection used – zone or man.
· Pass rush principles including making your opponent commit first.
· How to determine the weaknesses of the offensive line.

· The three-second rule of having your hands up.
